Shipping & Delivery
Standard delivery is 2-3 working days on large water fed pole equipment. Smaller items such as fittings are usually 1 working day. We will keep you informed at every stage of the order process, should you have any queries do not hesitate to contact us and will can contact the delivery company or advise on the estimated time you should receive your product(s). Free delivery includes UK mainland only. Highlands and Islands may require a surchage, if this is the case we will phone you prior to ordering, delivery may also fall outside the standard delivery timeframe. Privacy & Security
Retail Trade & Domestic Limited takes your security extremely seriously. We encrypt all login pages and our partners at SagePay & PayPal who undertake the card transaction insure that you are fully covered in the event of fraud on your credit or debit card. Retail Trade Domestic Limited will not pass any of your information onto third parties unless it is expressly necessary in order to complete your order.
Returns, Repairs & Replacements
Should you have any problems with your products, do not hesitate to contact us. We will attempt to resolve any problems in a swift and professional manner and liaise with the manufacture where necessary. When the product is delivered, you are required to inspect it and inform us of any damages within two days, by fitting the appliance you agree you have inspected the unit and that no visual signs of damage or imperfection. Should there be a mechanical issue with the product you are fully covered by the manufacturers warranty and they will attempt to either repair or replace the item. Retail Trade Domestic fully complies with all UK law.
Ordering
We try to make the ordering process as simple as possible. When you sign up with Retail Trade Domestic, we can hold your address securely on our server to enable you to rapidly complete your order. Customers looking to process their order without storing details then you can progress through as a guest. However, you will not be able to view past orders or reprint your order so we recommend print all documents as they are given to you.
Viewing Orders
Viewing orders is a quick and simple process. Simply login to your account and you can view all our outstanding and previous orders. Should you have processed your order, as a ‘guest’ then you will need to locate the invoices from the emails you provided during checkout. Should you no longer be able to retrieve these then simply contact us and we will attempt to recover the invoices.
Payment, Pricing & Promotions
Payments are made securely via our partners at SagePay & PayPal. While we try to make sure all prices are accurate, up-to-date errors are occasionally made, and we will inform you should there be any problems prior to completing the order. Updating Account Information
Changing your account details could not be simpler. Login to your account and from there you can update your account details. Should there be any errors on an order you have placed please contact us immediately and we will attempt to correct any erroneous data.
