The Shurflo 8000-946-138 pump is the most widely used water fed pole pump in the window cleaning industry today. A known brand, shurflo is well respected and known for the quality of their pumps.
The Shurflo 8000-946-138 pump provides a flow rate of 5.2 litres per minute and has a 100PSI pressure switch installed. The Shurflo 8000-946-138 pump has two 1/2 inch male ports. We recommend the genuine shurflo fittings in straight of elbow configurations. The Shurflo 8000-946-138 pump is 12VDC and uses only 6 amps. This makes it one of the most efficent pumps on the market allowing connection to a deep cycle lesuire battery.
Please note that although these pumps feature an internal pressure switch we strongly recommend the use of a controller with this pump such as our water fed pole pump controllers to vary the speed and ease strain on the pump. This will increase the life of the pump and significantly reduce water consumption.
